4. Request and publication of profiles

Individuals interested in requesting the publication of their profile must submit the required information through the designated form or through the indicated contact methods (WhatsApp or email). All requests are reviewed manually. Marbella topmodels may accept or reject profiles according to its criteria of quality, suitability and compliance with applicable regulations. The accuracy of the information provided always remains the responsibility of the advertiser.

5. Responsibility of advertisers and users

Advertisers

Persons requesting the publication of a profile on Marbella topmodels are responsible for being over 18 years of age and acting voluntarily; ensuring that all information and material provided are truthful, current and lawful; and ensuring that the submitted content complies with Spanish legislation and these Terms of Use.

Users

Persons accessing the Site to consult listings agree to use it in a lawful and respectful manner. In particular, they must refrain from contacting advertisers for abusive, offensive or unlawful purposes, and from copying or reusing the Site’s content for unauthorized purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

The information published in the profiles comes directly from the advertisers. Although Marbella topmodels manually reviews the material received before publication, the accuracy, updates and final content depend on the information provided by each advertiser. Access to and use of the Site are carried out under the sole responsibility of the user.

7. Update of the Terms of Use
